Refund Policy – Tiwariji App

At Tiwariji App, we strive to ensure your food is prepared fresh and delivered promptly. Since all items are made to order, refunds are provided only under specific conditions mentioned below.

1. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order before preparation begins.
  • Once food preparation has started, the order cannot be canceled.
  • If the order is canceled by Tiwariji App (due to stock, availability, or operational reasons), a refund will be credited to your Tiwariji Wallet.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only when:

  • The order is canceled by the Tiwariji team.
  • The order was not delivered due to operational issues.
  • You received the wrong or missing items (verified by support)

3. Refund Method

  • All eligible refunds are processed within 24–72 hours.
  • Refunds will be credited to the Tiwariji Wallet for future use within the app.
  • No cash, UPI, or bank refunds are provided.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  • Change of mind or taste preference.
  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unavoidable factors.
  • Food that has been partially consumed or tampered with.
